We are currently not able to offer refunds due to pieces being made to order. Should you have any issues with your purchase, we will happily accept a return and issue you a store credit or exchange.
In order to set up an exchange please email us with your order number in the subject. Once we have received your exchange you will receive a store credit or if you are choosing to exchange for another size, please allow 1-2 weeks for your replacement to be made and shipped.
We do not provide return shipping for exchanges unless there are damages or there has been an error with your order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Cancelled orders will be refunded.
